Jay-R has been in the IT industry since 2003 and had work with various multinational companies such as Unisys, Dell and HP. In 2005 he founded the Philippines Windows Users Group and is a Microsoft MVP for Setup/Deployment from 2008 to 2010. He is now part of an engineering team that is currently working on Windows 7 project for some 60000 seating capacity.
