PLDT My DSL broadband user @ makati area experience very slow speed connection since last april 21, 2009 until now.PLDT call agent always saying that the problem is on the platform which our line is connected. I understand that sometimes it happens but this time it's the most worse.

at ortigas area we encountered problem with our connections with ETPI. they always saying that theres a network fault, core is down. waaa..
demand a refund! :)
It also happens here in Davao last April 20 until April 23, I think. The PLDT agent said that there is a problem in there area. My gosh, almost 3 days the problem still persist - a very slow connection just like dial-up. They always inform you that they are having an upgrade. Hehehe They should say, PLDT have a big problem on their line. =)

ETPI's core frequently having downtimes....Maybe it's time to consider upgrading their core...
i applied for a new connection, waited for a month and half and when i followed up they said they don't have my application on their record and they suggested that they just create a new one. That's ultimate crap :) No internet for a month is worse than a slow one hehe.
I got BayanTel at home for P899... and I say all their ads are true. Easy to get and fast - 768kbps (sometimes more!)... I had it for some time now.. and never had a problem.

Sky broadband is so fast imagine we have one the speed is 12Mb/s..... it's cool
