This has got to be one of the coolest Windows 7 secrets ever… God Mode.

I guess this is sort of like TweakUI for Windows 7. Well… sort of but not quite.
Now, why does Microsoft even have something like this, and why is it kept secret? What is this in the first place, is it an alternate shortcut to Control Panel?
